Do You Make Customers Send Back the Items They Want to Return?

Tons of informational videos and webinars have been popping up!  Don’t forget: The webinar tab organizes these for you.

Don’t miss the following:

-What is your return policy?  I have a 30-day return policy, but if someone contacts me after this time, I usually cave.  In fact, lately I haven’t even been requiring people to send back the items they want to return unless the items are worth quite a bit.  Why?  Many times the items end up being defective, and it’s just not worth my time to inspect, relist, and reshelve.  Taking returns definitely gives you a competitive edge.  If you have questions about returns, don’t miss eBay’s returns webinar.  Click here to check it out.

– By the way, it’s easier to issue immediate refunds when you know exactly how much you are making on each item.  Don’t miss Suzanne Wells’ video “Exactly How to Make $2,000 a Month Profit on eBay Working From Home” which reviews the process of tracking your profits.

That’s it for now! If you’d like a free list of 10 items to sell on eBay, sign up for my blog! The sign-up box is in the upper right-hand corner of this post.
