A few days ago, we received yet another negative. In the last 6 months, we’ve received 2 negatives. We’re selling close to 600 items every 30 days, so that’s not bad. But I still don’t like them! I’m hoping that eBay will eventually require buyers to contact sellers before leaving negatives, but for now, the only thing we can do is respond in a professional manner.
Obviously, this particular buyer did not contact me before leaving a negative. I wanted to say something sarcastic in response but I didn’t. Instead, I left the following comment:
“”Please contact us if a refund is in order. We definitely want you to be happy!”
See. I got my point across while remaining professional. Now back to listing……
